I got sick of my garage being a total disaster, it was getting cumbersome trying to untangle my bikes when I wanted to go for a ride. I've been wanting to hang them from the wall for some time so I made a trip to the local Lowes today. I picked up 2 2x4, 6 3/8x5.5 lag bolts, 6 3/8 washers and 6 bike hooks. Bolted the 2x4 to the walls and then spaced out the hooks every 30 inches so it wouldn't be a total hassle to take a bike on and off the wall. The next project will be to erect a proper work bench with draws and a peg board so I can organize my tools. I think that might have to wait till fall when I can get on of those fancy setups.
