I'm at it again

I'm loosing weight again... I've been meaning to start eating healthy again for the last couple of months but have been having issues getting motivated to start again. I fell off the healthy eating wagon when I was riding 500 miles a month. I figured I could just eat what ever I wanted since I was burning up 2000 kcals a day. But since we moved and I stopped riding for the winter months (Dec and Jan) but I kept eating the same. I've notice I'm not feeling as fit as I was. So I started riding again on Feb 8th and started eating right again, I always wonder why I stopped because I feel awesome again. It also helps that I was watching the Tour of California realized that in order to get faster I need to get leaner. The hardest thing so far is breaking my afternoon snacking habit of scavenging for candy at the office. We went to Chipotle for dinner tonight and I think I achived the healthiest meal you can possibly eat there (besides the sodium):

  • Burrito Bol
  • Chicken
  • Fajita Veggies
  • Black Beans
  • Medium Hot Green Salsa
  • Cheese
  • Romaine Lettuce
